Suggest Treatment For Memory Issues

I keep forgetting the words for things. I can describe what I want but cannot remember the word. I get very stressed and afraid I will get lost when I go out. These symptoms started about 6 months ago but seem to be getting worse. Played golf and could not remember how to keep score???
