hi....Meniere's disease is idiopathic condition of inner ear where the endolymphatic sac gets dilated due to overproduction and accumulation of endolymph.
first of all don't worry..remove all your anxiety as this is not going to take your life..rest assured. during the acute attack phase do the following:
1. bed rest with head supported on pillows to prevent excessive movements.
2. stop smoking
3.low salt diet
4.avoid excessive intake of water,tea,alcohol,chocolates
avoid stress,do yoga and relaxation exercises
5. avoid flying, underwater diving or working at great heights.

if the attack is too severe:
you can start with tab stemetil MD 10 mg thrice a day for a week and then reduce to 5 mg BD for another week. you also take tab vertin 16 mg BD for a week and then reduce it to 8 mg thrice a day.if still it is persistant you can take a diuretic frusemide 40 mg OD on alternate day with potassium supplementation.
if medical m/m fails you can undergo intratympanic gentamycin therapy or surgical t/t.
don't worry jus follow the measures.
