I have meniers accompanied with a dull ache at the back of my skull. I m not walking straight and my head is foggy. BP is good. Today I have sinsus pressure in my nose and over eyes. took anthistamine last night. unable to walk and think........

Hi,

Antihistamine side effects would be the most likely cause of your difficulty with mentation and possibly balance if this is new since taking the medication.

You may try reducing the dose of what you're taking to see if you feel better.
