Hi my name is pinky I have water retention and I also get irregular periods I got my thyroids and my pregnancy checked it s normal I m epileptic and I take valporic acid, tegretol and topomax what should I do to get my periods regularly And I do take water retention medication whenever needed

Irregular periods needs to get evaluated, it could be from hormonal disturbances, get FSH and LH test done. Consult your gynecologist doctor for further evaluation.
