Hello,

Irregular periods are common in PCOS. PCOS is not a problem to get pregnant. PCOD is a common condition, and many patients get pregnant with it. Get drugs prescribed from your gynecologist to increase egg size and ovulate. You need to undergo frequent follicular growth scans to know exact time and date of ovulation so that you can have intercourse around that time to increase success. You don't worry as you both are young and good chance of conception.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
