Suggest Treatment For Micturition

A girl of sixteen year who had menarche four months ago is having irregular cycle. she had menses only two times now she has amenorrhoea for 2 months. She is having difficulty in micturition for one year. after taking antibiotic for 10 days burning has subsided but still having difficulty in micturition. How to deal with this patient

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

She has difficulties in micturition. She should go for urine routine and microscopic examination, culture and sensitivity testing as well as ultrasound abdomen. It will give you exact idea. Then plan accordingly. Irregular menstruation are common near menarche and menopause. Don't worry about that.
