Suggest Treatment For Middle Back Pain

Sometimes i get a pain in my mid back right side only by the waist. Not always there. Sometimes stomach exercise triggers it. I was just on the treadmill for only 12 minutes and can feel it again...a dull ache. Is it just that i am out of shape. Am 65 years old and good health.

Hi,
From history it seems that this pain might be due to pinched nerve pressure due to having some degenerative changes in your lower spines giving this problem.
Go for x-ray lumbo-sacral region for having spondilitis.
Go for back extension exercises daily.
Avoid weight lifting and bending from waist.
Take some calcium and multivitamine supplements.
Ok and take care.
