Suggest Treatment For Mild Concussion

I slipped while climbing into my semi truck hit my face on my seat real hard and hurt my ankle. It hurt for a second and then the adrenaline took over and my ears were ringing and I felt like puking and my vision got white and thought I was going to pass out. I sat in truck and it started to mellow out. Now I feel nautilus still and sick runny nose and congested. Ears still ringing a bit again and it s been 10 hours since. Feels like my incident knocked a bug in me or weakened me to were a bug I already had could take affect. Don t know if I gave myself a mild concussion from hitting my face whipping my head back either.
