Suggest Treatment For Mild Constipation, bloating And Burning In Upper Abdomen

Last week I started having severe burning in upper abdomen. I feel bloated and have mild constipation. Feels like something swollen in right abdomen. I now have mild to moderate pain in right abdomen. No appetite. Feeling full. And a general "not feeling good" sensation. What could it be? Should I go to ER?

Hello,

The given symptoms could be due to infection and it could be protozoa infection such infection always comes with hyperacidity. It is the hyperacidity comes first or the infection sets first but it both seen together.

If I would be doctor of this case, then I would try to treat this case with tablet Metronidazole twice a day for five days with tablet Omeprazole with tablet Domperidone once in a day for three weeks.

It is the line of treatment, gives best result and if fails to responds, then further work up is necessary.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
