Suggest Treatment For Mild Interstitial Cystitis Of The Bladder

I am looking for a anti-inflammatory diet. I have mild interstitional cystitis of the bladder, arthritis in all joints, pre-osteoporosis in hips and sacrum. I also suffer from inflamation of the stomach, and I have early stage of Barrets in the esophagas. I take Omeprazole for stomach inflamation, Lisinoprile for blood pressure, and Clartin for allergies. I have been reading and I have realized my body is inflamed. I can't afford to go to the type of doctor who can help me, so I am asking you for help with the diet.

Treatment -
Consults with Urologist and endoscopist and GI Specialist to investigate accompanied illnesses.
Investigate for Crohn's Diseases / Sarcodosis /IBS with GERD/Alcoholic hepaitis with GI dysbiosis/Lupus / psoariasis- would fix the cause of mild interstitial disease.And would help in planning further treatment in this case.
