Suggest Treatment For Morning Sickness And Fatigue

I have had “morning sickness” and extreme fatigue for the past week and a half now. I had my period AND I took a home pregnancy test and it came back negative. The flu is going around where I live, but I don’t have a fever and I don’t seem sick like everyone else. Just tired and nauseous... and last weekend my fingers swelled up so much I couldn’t wear my ring. What else could be causing these symptoms?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
There are several reasons for nausea you are experiencing.
Viral
Indigestion
Poisoning food or substance
Stress psychological etc

Try ginger tea to relieve nausea. Eat small portions , not sweet beverage, not strong flavour.
You can take antihistamines like promethazine, benadryl.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
