Suggest Treatment For Motions

Hi, My baby girl --4 mnths , is passing motions since 7-8 days...every 3-4 hrs but sleeps well and is active.I got her stool routine test done too which came normal.I often see she puts her soapy hands in her mouth out of excitment while bathing , this bothers me as I think the bathing water or the soap bubbles might be going in her mouth. But since the stool reports came normal I was out of it.But her stool which is at times greenish, isn't stopping during daytime as at night she sleeps peacefully, also I gave Nutmeg 1 drop which irubbed on a stone surface with the hep of my breatmilk, since she hasnt passed stool, should I continue ? is my baby's stool normal ?
