Suggest Treatment For Motor Neuron Disease

Hi My Mother aged 67 is suffering from Motor Neuron Disease, now she is on Riluzole and nasogastric tube, we are consulting some homeo and ayurvedic treatments, too, is there any treatment of MND, what we should we do further to consult or we can go anywhere in globe, please suggest for her treatment

I am sorry for your mother condition, but unfortunately there is not any specific drug besides Riluzole for MND.
The only thing to do is to care about her respiration, skin care and physiotherapy. It is important trying to avoid infections, which can deteriorate her situation.
