Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns.
What is the colour of overlying skin?is it red? Any history if sore throat! Any boil in your left arm? _have u noticed any lump in your breast?
It is very difficult to diagnose without examining. You should meet your doctor so that you can be examined...there are various causes of it. It may be a lipoma , cyst, lymph node etc.
Meet your doctor for proper management. You may need to get ur Fbc, ESR, ultrasound abdomen and chest x ray....
