Suggest Treatment For Muscle Pain In Back

Hi I strained my upper back and neck muscle while doing military press without warmup....now I have shooting and spasmodic pain all across upper back and difficulty in maintaining straight posture.....can u suggest medication. .....hows mobizox (ranbaxy)
