Suggest Treatment For Muscle Spasms In The Left Knee
I am from Kolkata-WestBengal , height : 5ft7inch, wt - 68kgs , 45+ yrs male having muscle spasm around left knee and found difficulty while climbing stairs for last 3 months.This is a continuation of left hip joint pain.Previously I suffered form low back pain and after that the pain shifted to left hip joint .Please advise and oblige. Hello,
As per your history, it may be due to muscle sprain.
For that you can take tablet acetaminophen.
Use knee cap.
Use support while walking.
Do regular physical therapy.
In case of not getting relief you may require MRI knee after orthopedician consultation.
