Suggest Treatment For Muscle Weakness In The Elderly

I am 50 years old. I have hair loss, pain in my head , bumps on my head, and i did not hit it. my neck gets stiff off and on. Musial twitches, Musial weakness, light hurts my eyes.pain all over my body.i loosed my sight two times. I don t know what to do.

Thank you for your question and trusting HCM. First 50 years old is the new 40s so you do not need to consider yourself elderly.
Nevertheless a life style modification from healthy diet and doing mild sports will increase your dopamine and make you feel stronger and more energetic. It is worth to get a full medical check up by your primary care doctor to make sure no phyisical problems are there, ask for CBC count, B12 level, vit D.
