Suggest Treatment For Nasal Congestion In An Infant

My son is almost 4 months old and has had nasal congestion since birth. I have had him to him pedi already but being a new mom i worry very much about it. its worse when he sleeps or eats but he has it all day everyday. should i try those saline drops? will he grow out of it'?

all infants do have nasal blockage and usually outgrow it. dont put him under the fan or aircondition . avoid mosquito repellants. and after all the efforts if it is still blocked then use saline drops. you can try to put him on his side while slleping with slight head end up
