Suggest Treatment For Nasal Drainage, Cough And Congestion
I have had a cough for about 10 days, had some nasal drainage first week, took cover the counter decongestant. Drainage has subsided but terrible dry cough continues, even through the night. Is keeping me up, what should I do, I did just do a salt water gargle which seemed to help a little

from your history, it seems like a viral or superadded bacterial infection or maybe some kind of allergic cough....
do the following-
continue salt water gargling twice/thrice daily
take syrup ascoril-ls or grilinctus-bm 5 ml twice daily for 5-7 days
take tab montelukast-fexofenadine 1 tab before sleep daily for 10 days
quit or atleast stop smoking if you are a smoker
if symptoms still persist for 5-7 days, see a doctor with CHEST XRAY PA view...
