I am a 58 year old female, 5 8 ,190 lbs. for 4 days know my temperature has been around 96.6-97.0, I have a headache, feels like I am running a fever, extremely tired and ache and feel nauseated . I had a flu shot a week ago. Think this is from the flu shot?

Yes in some people Flu vaccination can cause mild fever , myalgia and headache . But it will not last for long time . I advise you to take Paracetamol for 1-2 days and if the problem is still perisiting you need to consult your doctor to check for certain infections that can cause these symptoms .
Also drink hot water, Avoid Non veg and oily food . Avoid Citrus Fruits.
