Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Stomach Upset

hello I am a 64 year old woman . a thyroid was discovered in my neck about two yrs. ago.it was tested and I was okay. no need for medicaton or any other treatments. just this month I had a rapid weigth lost and a great bit of hair lost. my appitite has decrease and a lot of upset stomach and nausea,my primary provider has made my visit as, 240.9 goiter eo4.9 goiter...704.00 hair loss l65,9 hair loss...1. ad a referral to ear, nose and throat center.. yet my blood test was abnormal and my level to thyroid hormone level was abnormal. I am due for a sonogram follow up with a biosphy .. .. my question is what do I do for the nausea and having upset stomach. also I heard from someone that I could stop breathing during my sleep. if true what do I do to lessen that possibility. no energy or motivation, drive or desire o get up and do my daily routine. when or what symptoms should I be concern about that would have me go to the er

In my opinion, nausea and upset stomach could be due to dyspepsia and acid peptic disease. Such conditions or symptoms can be managed with Tab. Rabeprazole with Domperidone. No one can die in sleep if they don't have any underlying disease of cardiovascular system, so no need to worry about this. Whatever you have heard is not true.
