Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Vomiting

I was admitted to the hospital on the 14th of this month for Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea, they administered 5 bags of fluid through an IV gave me a prescription for 8mg of Zofran. I've taken all the meds and still manage to vomit while the meds are in my system. I am still sick on my stomach to this day, and I am 6 days late on my period. A little concerned on what I should do, have taken 3 tests all negative. Please help me.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
     
If this is the abdominal infection, then it will take some time. Be patience, once you are in the hospital then no need to worry about this. You will be given best care there, certain infection takes a bit more time to come around. As long as the vomiting is concerned, if this went in a vicious cycle, then it may take some time for it to subside. If this vomiting persists, then you will be asked for an investigation, they will then look for a differential diagnosis.
