Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Vomiting

I,m 40 year old female I was diagnosed with psoriasis at a young age. Lately I have joint pain, fainting spells and the last few months I vomit for no reason. I no the psoriasis can cause RA but its the sudden nausea that scares me. I have had countless labs drawn and they are always normal. Please help, thank you

dear have you using any drug s for psoriasis??are you anemic?? dear it may be side effects for drugs or acute gastritis or electrolyte imbalance and systemic disorders may cause your symptoms.

use tab.ondonsetron twice a day for five days,if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
