Suggest Treatment For Nausea Before, after And During Eating Food

Hello, I'm a Male, 18 years old, around 150 pounds and I'm about 5'11". I've had no medical history really, no surgeries or anything major, never been to to hospital, and i'm only allergic to cats and dogs. For around a week, I've been feeling nauseous a lot, before, after and during eating. I feel find for the first few hours after I wake up, but I start to feel like I'm going to throw up all throughout the day. I recently had a 2 hour car drive back to college and I had to stop twice and get out of the car cause I felt too sick. I haven't puked yet, I can't really remember how long ago the last time I threw up was actually. I've tried chugging a little bit of milk, drinking a lot of water, chugging a glass of salt water, using alka seltzer to settle my stomach, and drinking ginger ale, but I almost feel like my stomach isn't sick, I just feel nauseous. I tried to stick my fingers down my throat to trigger my gag reflex, but i just gag and don't throw up. I don't know what to do, I'v heard people usually feel better after they throw up, but I have't been able to. Help!
