Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Bloating And Abdominal Discomfort

mY spouse, age 57, of normal weight/Ht, recently complaining of upper Rt quadrant pain. No recent hx of constipation, however, recently exposed to flu symptoms from relative. Chief complaint: Naseated, and appears a little bloated. Some BM today. abdominal discomfort very specific, (not diffuse), to upper Rt quadrant.

i appreciate your concern
please visit your doctor for an ultrasound
Your symptoms are consistent with cholelithiasis means Gallstone
So I would advise you to go for an ultrasound
meanwhile take tab pantoprazole with antacids or an antispasmodic to relieve pain and bloating
