Suggest Treatment For Nausea Caused After Brain Tumor Removal

Hi, back in 2008 I had a benign brain tumor removed from my brain stem area n it gave me severe virtgo now I am pregnant and the nausa is very bad I have lost a lot of weight and can't keep solids down. I don't know what to do, I'm trying to stay as healthy as I can but its not even the nausa medicine helps me. Do you have any suggestions on what I should do?

Dear you may be suffering from hyperemisis gravidarum. Common in first trimester, you already undergone surgery also a trigger of vomiting.
Tab. Doxylamine useful for morning sickness. Tab. Ondonsetron twice a day useful. If not taking orally need IV fluids.

If symptoms not improved consult your doctor.
