Dear you may be suffering from hyperemisis gravidarum. Common in first trimester, you already undergone surgery also a trigger of vomiting. Tab. Doxylamine useful for morning sickness. Tab. Ondonsetron twice a day useful. If not taking orally need IV fluids.
If symptoms not improved consult your doctor.
