Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Diarrhea And Pain In Rib Cage

Approximately 1 1/2 weeks ago, sudden onset of stomach nausea, then for the next night and day I was vomiting, had diarrhea, rocking in pain (burning pain in my stomach just below the opening of my rib cage, dizzy/light headed. Ever since I ve had similar burning and bowel not normal (on and off diarrhea) and still light headed, especially with sudden movement. Burning intensifies if I get emotional/upset/stressed. Seeming to make my throat tickles worse as well. I can t sleep well at night... have to lay propped up high or else it seems the acid causes coughing plus I have sinus issues on top of that where draining causes throat tickles, especially if I lay even somewhat flat and especially on one of my sides or on my stomach. I m very limited on sleeping positions. Anyway.. back to the pain/burning in my stomach ... Feels very similar to when I was in my teens and doc diagnosed me with a form of stomach ulcer. I haven t been right since. Thoughts?

Hello
I appreciate your concern
Looking at your description It might be caused by any of these conditions
Acid peptic disease or acid reflux
Stomach ulcer or gastritis due to stomach hyperacidity
Hiatus hernia

Throat issue might be related to chronic acid reflux or regurgitation

I would like.further information to help you better like
Your age weight and relevant medical history like diabetes or thyroid disease or liver disease
Have you seen any doctor

In my opinion you should take anti acidity medicines like pantoprazole or omeprazole with antacids for 10 to 15 days
Avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food or carbonated drinks
Have small and frequent meals
Avoid smoking and alcohol

Hope this helps you
If it doesn't improve.than you should consult a gastroenterologist for an endoscopy for stomach disorder and X ray chest to rule out hiatus hernia
Best wishes
