Hello

I appreciate your concern

i would like to know about your age and complete medical history

This could be a food poisoning due to contamination of either bacillus cereus, staphylococci or clostridia

in my opinion you should consult your GP for few tests like blood profile and stool test as well as culture

meanwhile have plenty of fluids including ORS to counter dehydration
have probiotics to increase the useful intestinal bacteria
you can have loperamide group of drugs after consultation with your doctor

Hope you will find my response helpful and informative please feel free to ask for further assistance
Regards
