Last night i slipped and hit my head i haven't been able to sleep right because of the feeling of throwing up i feel very weak right now and still do i try taking medications to stop the feeling but i only gag out the medicine and nearly throw up i don't understand is it something wrong with me because of the hit?

It sounds as though you've had a concussion and you need to see a doctor for an exam and possibly an MRI scan of the brain if warranted to look for an intracranial bleed
