I m a 38 yo woman who was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes 3 years ago. The past few months I have been feeling terrible. I have nausea, vomitting, diarrhea and dizziness off and on. Today my blood glucose was 279 several hours after lunch and I feel terrible. I feel like my respiratory rate is faster, I have a headache and feel nauseated. I almost daily have muscle spasms in my calves too. Should I got to the urgent care or ER for further evaluation. My next appointment with a physician isn t until oct 2.
You may need to start using antidiabetes drugs such as metformine as soon as possible. Also, low calories diet and exercises are essential. Use low glycerin foods.
