Suggest Treatment For Nausea, stomach Pain And Bloating
I have pain in my upper stomach below rib cage. I have been diagnosed with an ulcer in the past. It is really hurting now, I feel a little nauseous and very full. I feel like my heart seems to be beating faster and it s a little harder to breathe. I m 5 5 145 lbs 35 year old female
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history of pain under the ribs, past history of ulcer, feeling of nausea and fullness, heart beating faster and bit harder to breathe. The most probable reasons can be: Gastric ulcer again. Gall bladder inflammation causing all these symptoms. Pancreatitis, and so on. I would advise you the following in such a case. Tests of blood: Amylase, lipase, liver function and kidney function in addition to the routines. Ultrasonography, CT scan and if required MRCP by MRI and ERCP as diagnostic and some cases therapeutic too. Once the diagnosis is done it is easy to treat in a targeted way under the care of a General Surgeon.
