Suggest Treatment For Neck And Shoulder Pain

i am active 65 year old female............only take two meds - ziac for high blood pressure and now 25 ml hydrochlorthyrizide (water pill) Lately my muscles seem to fatigue rather quickly and ache immediately after mild exercise. particularly in the neck and shoulders. could this be from the water pill?

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you are on water pill . Now you feel that your muscles seem to fatigue quickly and ache immediately after mild exercise. Yes water pill can cause muscle pain or weakness,so these can be due to water pill. But you should exclude vitamin deficiency also such as vitamin d and vitamin B-12 as a cause.
