Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain Along With Restricted Movement In Neck

Flew back east from Denver on Friday, Saturday drove down to WV neck pain gradually started but not bad until evening and then I had trouble moving my neck from side to side. Flew back to Denver on Sunday and increased pain, have been taking advil and that does relieve some but still very painful up my neck to the back of my head

May be some neck sprain. Local diclofenac ointment application, oral analgesic and cervical spine exercises.
