my back hi, At the end of last summer, my nack started to be a little bit pain ful at soe spots. i first thought that it was in reason of the work i was doing but now it keeps getting worse. plus its now all over my back starting at my head and going all the way down. every where in my back, craks every day. some times i walk diferently. where should i go and what should i do?
I need to know following answers from you to guide you the best as
1. What's your age?
2. What's your occupation?
3. Are you doing a long hour standing job?
4. Do you feel morning stiffness, fever, weakness?
5. Is there any family history of same?
what you need to do is, get these investigations done first:
1. Hgm with ESR
2. CRP
3. X-ray dorsal lumbar spine ap and lateral views in flexion and extension
4. MRI dorsolumbar spine with a screening of the whole spine
5. HLA B27
6. ANTICCP.
Follow these to relieve your pain
1. Take rest
2. Avoid bending, weight lifting.
3. Use a hard bed to sleep
4. Give hot fomentation
5. Take any good muscle relaxant such as thiocolchicoside
6. Take physiotherapy sessions.
