Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain
Hi doc,
I'm having a really bad pain in my neck, particularly in the upper half connect the lower part of the head. I recently went to the doctor and was informed that I had acute muscle spasm. I have been taking medicines for the ladt few days but the pain hasn't subsided yet. It hurts even more after I go out for a drive. Could you tell me whats the best way to get rid of it?

it looks to me that your neck muscles are becoming tight and you are not able t to bend your neck. I want you to:
1.Myoril tablet twice daily
2.Hot water fomentation
3.Volini gel local application
4. Avoid using very high pillow or keeping your neck in same position for long time.
