Suggest Treatment For Neck, Right Shoulder And Head Pain

Hello Can you please advise me one week had been the neck, shoulder more floors to the right and head pain, I was at the doctor gave me tablets codamol and co-dicloflex and it does not help me at all, the pain is worse I can not sleep at all you can tell me advise what can I do thank BARBARA

Hello,

The pain in the neck, right shoulder and head can be related to spondylotic changes in the cervical spine. MRI scan of the neck will help in proper diagnosis.
