Suggest Treatment For Nerve Pain In The Shin

What would cause the shin and side of lower leg extreme pain a nerve conduction test was done, a couple veins were zapped and checked for blood clod. This has been going on in the lower leg for 7 months. The upper leg in 1999 experienced nerve damage when a fusion was performed from the grafting of hip bone was told I had rsd doesn’t feel like that. I am in terrible pain and no one can find the problem
