Suggest Treatment For Nerve Palsy

my baby is 2 months old and her head is tilted to the left. she will turn her head to the right on a rare occasion. my eighteen mo old had the same problem. originally she was diagnosed with iv nerve palsy in her eye. we went to PT for her neck and she wore an eye patch as well. she has not had surgery since her neck position has improved. however, every couple of months the tilt returns. she has had a ct scan, eeg and mri which all came back clincically normal. now, we are noticing the head tilt in our second baby! we have no knowledge that this is genetic as no other relatives had had issues with this. help!
