Suggest Treatment For Night Sweats , Tender Breast And Sinus Infection

hello, I ve been suffering from night sweats for several weeks,even with a fan on me, also a lot of breast tenderness ( but never getting my period) and also this week started a slight yeast infections and a sinus cold... Kind of feel like I m falling apart, I can t get enough water or sleep. I m pretty healthy, I go to the md regularily for check ups. Right now the only medication i m on is fenofibrate 154mg for slightly raised triglycerides and birth control norgestimate. i did have intercourse August 27th, however I know that is too soon to know anything. Any thoughts?
