Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hi,

She needs a thorough hormonal work up to detect the site of the problem. She could be having a problem in her ovaries or even in pituitary. Is she on any hormone replacement as of now?

It is important to find the lesion and start replacing her with female hormones for wellbeing, psychological health and for the health of her bones, she will need to consult an endocrinologist to investigate further.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Binu Parameswaran Pillai
