Suggest Treatment For Nocturia

My nephew suffers from Nocturia ? and is only getting about 3 hrs. sleep a night due to getting up so often. He has resorted to 5hr. energy drinks to stay awake at work. He has seen a urologist,and recently an endocrinoligist, but neither have been able to help. Is there anything else he can do?

there are various causes of nocturia .depend on age ,gencer and medical comorbidity.frequecy volume chartor bladder diary may help to diagnose.rule out other comorbidity, anatomical cause , cardiac , bladder capicity, urine exam, pre and post void residual.it may be associated with bladder bowel syndrome. consult ur certified M.Ch urologist
