Suggest Treatment For Nodules In Lung

i am 41years old, 167cm hight 54kg weight, having medical check up 2 weeks ago , anemia and lung heve nodule. already do the ct scan doctor inform normal nodule due to previous effection but i always have headache problem , body weak, nervous and chest tight, may i know why?TQ

Lung nodule is now a days common finding as more and more people underwent CT Thorax. Lung nodule can be benign or malignant. There are few guidelines for followup in lung nodule cases.
1. Smoker need to follow up after 3 months.non smoker after 6 months. And if swelling increases in size biopsy is needed. If size remains same followup after 6 month in both smoker and non smoker.
2. Same with the age more than 60.
3. If you have symptoms like haemoptysis go for CT guided or Endobronchial lung biopsy.
And your headache nervous ness n other things may be due to anemia.
