I would recommend to get an appointment from physiotherapist and occupational therapist in your country.
Physiotherapy can do miracles.
With the help of the splints and special shoes,they can even make the child walk normally if the response to physiotherapy is good initially.
The right leg is having disuse
atrophy and it can be made to near normal with the help of regular exercises taught by physiotherapist according to the condition and the severity of illness of the child.
