Hello,

Your allergy first you have to avoid allergens that causing the problem. Avoid cool drinks and ice creams. Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. Use tablet monterleukast and levocetrizine once a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
