General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to viral fever. For further assessment you may require complete hemogram, peripheral smear for malarial parasite, dengue ns1 after physician consultation. You may require antibiotics after consultation. Continue saline or betadine gargles twice a day. Continue steam inhalation. Use nasal saline drops locally. Take tablet acetaminophen for fever.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
