Suggest Treatment For Numb Skin And Scar Tissue Of Leg
I hurt my leg many years ago and now the surface skin is numb and there is a lot of scar tissue. Recently it feels like I have shin splints in that leg but I have not done anything that would cause shin splint. I am not sure what this could possibly be.
