Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Tingling All Over The Body

my name is paramjot singh im 18 yrs old .two months ago i was suffering from fine tremors. I consult a medicel specialist .he recmmonds some liver fuction test. After the test reports my sgpt-52,sgot-59 and serum alkaline phosphate -300.he recommends me udiliv 300.i take that medicine for 14 days but after that i suffer from loose motions.after that i stop taking medicine but after that i suffer for chronic diarrhea.now i feel pain in all my body parts.there are lots of skin problems with me .i feel burning sensation in my right eye and right side of nose.in my right thigh.im suffering from joint pain also .my all test of thyroid,liver function test,renal function test,cbc ,stool test,vitamin b12,iga anti ttg,abdomen ct scan ,colonyscopy,endoscopy,c reaction protien,pancreatic test,calcium levels,cholestrol levels all are nomal.my wbc are also normal,rbc are normal.my hb is 15. Please help me out there are sores on my skin and i feel numbness in all parts of body.i feel tingling all over the body.please help me out
