My front thigh (quadriceps) sometime go senseless in a particular area of the size of my palm, and it sometimes burns. No pattern noticed as such, its irregular, but the senselessness is persistent, only the intensity varies. Do I need to worry? Regards, Pranay

Hello Thanks for posting Your symptoms are suggestive of condition known as meralgia paresthetica.In this benign condition nerve get compressed at front of thigh at belt line.
