Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It looks from your details that you may be suffering from rheumatoid arthritis disease. The pain and stiffness are part of this disease. There is specific treatment protocol for this disease and which can not prescribed on online platform. I shall advise you to consult to a rheumatologist near you. Till then you may have anti inflammatory analgesic like aceclofenac or indomethacin for relief.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mukesh Tiwari, Orthopedic Surgeon
