Your ultrasound findings are suggestive of that you are having polycystic ovarian disease. If you are overweight try to reduce weight by doing some physical exercise e.g., brisk walking. Try to take low carbohydrate and high fiber diet. Please also get blood tests for serum Prolactin, TSH. Please consult a doctor for your husband to see if all his reports are within normal range. Regularly consult your Gynaecologist and follow the treatment as advised by them.
